An action menu acts as your game master, determining the success or failure of your actions.

We’re thrilled to introduce the latest update for Mythic Realms, where the entire game has been recreated and redesigned to implement exciting new systems and functions! A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us by following our progress, giving feedback, and donating on Patreon. This update is free for all players to explore, and as always, we value your input as we move into the next stages of development.

Note on Single-Player Mode:

This update focuses on single-player features as we rebuild our multiplayer system. A multiplayer-focused update will follow once optimization is complete. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the experience for both single and multiplayer modes.

Player Creation:

Custom Races and Classes: Design your own races and classes with customizable stats.

UI Improvements: We’ve streamlined the UI to make the creation process more intuitive.

Item Creation:

Customizable Items: Create unique items for your characters to interact with in-game.

Enhanced UI: New layouts and options for a smoother experience when designing items.

Redesigned Crafting System:

Crafting Combinations: Experiment with different ingredients to discover new item blueprints, similar to the alchemy system in games like Skyrim. Random ingredients may lead to successful creations or failures, making each recipe attempt exciting and dynamic.

Dice Rolls:

Turn Order Initiative System: Determine turn order in battles and events with our new initiative dice rolling system.

Crafting Success Rolls: Optionally, set crafting success or failure conditions using dice rolls, adding an extra layer of challenge.

3D Map Editor:

Map Editing Tools: Explore our new 3D map editor with item selection, modification, and creation tools.

Enhanced Navigation: Use isometric camera controls and a 3D compass for easy orientation.

Day/Night Cycle: A dynamic day and night cycle now enhances the atmosphere and immersion of your maps.

Updated Tutorials:

Image-Based Guides: Tutorials now feature images for better clarity and easier navigation. You can now switch between pages or skip sections as needed.

Ongoing Optimization: We’re continuously refining tutorials to make information more accessible—your feedback on this is welcome!

Improved Save File System:

Cross-Version Compatibility: Starting from this update, you’ll be able to transfer local saves between versions (note: older saves are not supported).

Drag-and-Drop Saves: Local saves can now be dragged directly into the save game folder and loaded for play.
